Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you would like to return an item please do so within 14 days of receipt of merchandise, for an exchange or full refund less shipping costs. SALE items, custom orders and gift cards may NOT be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns will only be accepted for items in original condition that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, WASHED, ALTERED, TAGS REMOVED or DAMAGED. KENLYNN, reserves the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet stated conditions. These policies apply only to online sales.
Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request a return authorization number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without a RA#.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Also because knitwear absorbs odors, any item returned smelling of smoke or perfume will be assessed to determine if there will be cleaning charge.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days of our receiving your return. Please note, Credit Card companies may take up to one billing cycle to post credits, a policy that we have no control over. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you would like to exchange your item for another and you are within the 14 days of your purchase, please contact us via email at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number and identify the item you wish us to hold as your exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Packaging your return or exchange
Please package your return carefully, in original packaging if possible and insure your package. Embodies is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages for returns. Please write your RA# clearly on the outside of the package. Packages received without a RA# clearly marked on the outside will not be accepted.
